The NSCFP Family Medicine Conference (FMC) is a certified event for family physicians. Please note that conference meals, refreshments, and space are designated for registered attendees only. 

In keeping with Mainpro+ Certification, NSCFP FMC guidelines, and cultivating a learning environment; we ask that only registered attendees be permitted at workshops and/or presentations.  Children are permitted in the FMC exhibit area, and may attend the Awards Banquet.

**CANCELLATION POLICY: All registration cancellations must be received in writing. 20% of the registration fee will be retained for cancellations received until September 30^th, 2018. No cancellations or refunds will be processed after September 30^th, 2018.
