Instructor: Charry Morris - Beginning with gentle warm up stretching exercises and ending in deep healing relaxation, this 2 hour session takes you toward a state of mental clarity and physical release. An introduction to breathing, a time for movement, and enough space to unwind is what this session is designed to do.
