Deputy Registration & Certificate of Election

Before you begin registration, please read the following instructions carefully.

1. This form is both your Certificate of Election and Convention Registration for Lay Deputies. (Clergy may fill out this form for their parish but must register on the Clergy Registration Form)

2. Each person must have their own unique email address. Clergy/deputies may not share email addresses. If you need assistance in setting up an email account, please contact the Diocesan Office. 

3. Before you hit submit, please double check that you entered all emails in correctly. This will be the same email we will use to send deputies the Zoom link, as well as their voter ID and voter Key. 

4. If you do not get an email confirmation that you've registered, please contact Mtr. Meaghan.
