Kiwanis AleFest 2015 - Afternoon Session

Yes unfortunately our afternoon event is completely sold out.

Ticket purchasers and event attendees will be held to the following terms - please review:

• Our goal is to hold a safe, responsible and classy alcohol related event
• Dress code - please dress to impress, as you would for a dinner date night out
• You must be 19 years or older to purchase tickets and attend the event - 2 pieces of identification (1 being photo ID) will be required at the door
• Plan ahead and arrange for a safe way home. Take a taxi, public transit or call a friend or family member for a ride home. Or treat yourself and stay overnight at one of the downtown hotels.
• Kiwanis Prince George reserves the right to refuse admission and/or expel from the venue, any persons who appears intoxicated or whose conduct is deemed to be objectionable. For those refused admission, their tickets will be refunded. For those expelled, their tickets will be cancelled and they will forfeit all claims, including any claim to a refund of the ticket price.
• Event tickets are available in advance and online purchase only with payment by Visa or Mastercard. No tickets are available for purchase at the door.
• Extra tasting tokens can be purchased at the event
• The event is indoors, so it will occur snowstorm or clear sky. Tickets are non-refundable, and exchanges between sessions is not available. Ticket holders are responsible for verifying the session ticket they have purchased.
• Event tickets are transferable, but only by the original purchaser. The original purchaser must contact us via email from their registered email and let us know which ticket to transfer
• Once you've completed your ticket purchase, you will receive 2 emails - the first is an order confirmation from Kiwanis Prince George, the second is a payment confirmation from Paypal
• If you do not see these confirmation emails in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. If you are having any ticket purchase related issues, click here to contact us via email
• Event tickets will be scanned at entrance for entry, so please bring your ID and printed tickets or your smartphone with the electronic tickets with the 3D barcode clearly visible
• Various media, and event video/photographers will be on the premises during the event for promotional purposes. By attending this event you are giving Kiwanis Prince George and the media permission to appear in or on the promotional items such as, but not limited to, news broadcasts, websites, social media, marketing materials and advertising.
• This is our first event so we're learning - any feedback from our guests is sincerely appreciated
