Executing Marketing Strategies with Merchant Credit Card Services

Come join us for our second month of the "Summer Banking Serieson Email Marketing Strategies and enhancing your learning about Merchant Services with People's United Bank Stamford branch and Constant Contact will be sponsoring this educational banking series for August and September.  Be sure to bring your credit and debit card statement for the previous three months. People's bank will offer a complimentary account review for attendees. 

Everyone in a business can set goals and earn their own gold, silver or bronze metals by setting realistic goals. Just like the athletes with dedication and hard work. 

For our August and September seminars, we have partnered up with The Pantry from Norwalk Community College. In August, they are currently looking for school supplies for the students at Norwalk Community College. Many of these students work two and three  jobs to put food on the table for their family and also attend classes. We are asking if each attendee could bring a few school supplies.  Please see the school supply list at the bottom of this page. 

For our September seminar, we will be asking attendees to please bring a non-perishable food item. 

This powerful seminar takes you step-by-step through the keys to effective email marketing strategies.

  • Tips for identifying your audience, choosing the campaign type for you, and when to send your promotional emails
  • The best practices for sending high-impact, great-looking emails about your offer, and sharing the details on social media
  • Tips on measuring the results of your promotion and using the results to plan future offers

Join us and learn some great strategies to help develop your next offer or promotion.

Attendees will learn the following about Merchant Services for their Business or nonprofit organization. 

  • Who is your current merchant vendor?
  • Which credit cards does your business currently accept from clients/customers
  • What additional fee's are your currently incurring on a monthly basis?
  • Are your current merchant machines accepting credit and debit payments using the microchip?
  • Does your church currently accept month donations using a credit or debit card?

The following school supplies the students would greatly appreciate.

  • 3 ring notebook paper
  • Spiro notebooks (one) subject only
  • Composition booklets
  • Pencils
  • Pens
  • Posted notes
  • Gift cards to Walmart, Staples or Dollar Tree 
  • Folders with 2 pocket fold ( People can include notes of encouragement inside of the folders for the students)

Please note they don't need any 3 ring binders or rulers.
