Ethics:   This program material is designed to inform Enrolled Agents, CPAs, and Tax Preparers of the possible pitfalls of disclosing taxpayer information.  It will cover information and awareness topics regarding our ethical and legal responsibility in the safeguarding of client information that has been given to us in confidence. (2 hours CPE)

Fringe Benefit Tax Strategies for Business Entities:  
Meet George, your new client.  Evaluate his personal needs in light of how his business may be organized to meet them.  Should he incorporate, elect sub-chapter S status or bring in a partner to the business and how will the changes to his business meet his personal expectations and needs.   (2 hours CPE)
