Proposed Changes in Cleveland Housing Court:

Join us on May 22nd at noon as we take a deeper look at proposed statutory changes that would occur in Cleveland Housing Court. The proposed legislation, Senate Bills 96 and 103, would give new authority to Cleveland's Housing Court to hear zoning appeals and illegal environmental dumping for all of Cuyahoga County. Our panel consistes of Moderator Peggy Kearsey, the Housing Manager at Greater Collinwood Development Corporation. Panelist the Honorable Judge Ron O'Leary, Housing Court Judge, Cleveland Municipal Court. Panelist Diane Bickett, Executive Director at the Cuyahoga County Solid Waste District. Lastly, panelist Sgt. Andy Ezzo who is the head of the Environmental Crime Task Force, Cleveland Police.
