Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, NCADA must receive written notification 5 business days prior to the scheduled event, a $75 administrative charge will be retained and a credit voucher for the balance will be issued towards any other NCADA program.  No Refunds or Credits will be issued for cancellations made 72 hours or less prior to the scheduled event.

2021 NCADA Controllers Seminar

Join us for the Annual NCADA Controllers Seminar at the Koury Convention Center in Greensboro! This one day seminar will be conducted by top industry professionals and cover current and relevant topics to enable you to achieve your goals within the dealership.

This year’s premiere Controllers Group education event will feature a  variety of training sessions.

In addition to all of that, we'll be featuring an opening keynote address from Shawn Mercer of Bass Sox Mercer and a closing keynote from Motivational Speaker Denise Ryan.
