"Positive Behavior Supports"

"Positive Behavior Supports" is a nonclinical training for professionals and caregivers. This webinar allows participants to gain an understanding of various proactive strategies that may help to prevent behaviors in individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. In addition, it provides strategies for managing a "meltdown". The goal of this webinar is to encourage participants to look "below the surface" and determine what is motivating particular behaviors. Once those motivations are determined, supports can be put in place to assist the invididual. 

Once registered, participants will be sent a link to the pre-test, the webinar, and the post-test.
