Their travels included tours of various co-ops, presentations on the current state of the coffee industry in Chiapas, Mexico, coffee tastings, and a visit to a coffee farm. Their experiences and insight will be shared, and as a participant, you will have the opportunity to drink coffee from one of the co-ops they visited, which will be offered by Water Street for a limited time only! This is a great opportunity to learn what life is like at origin and gain a better perspective on what seed to cup truly entails.
