Hotel Information
Hilton Garden Inn Cherry Creek - 600 S. Colorado Boulevard, Denver, CO, 80246, 303-754-9800.  The hotel is conveniently located in Glendale's CitySet entertainment district and is near Cherry Creek Mall. It is approximately a 45-minute drive from Denver International Airport. Seminar attendees will have complimentary hotel garage parking or complimentary valet service.

Room reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at (303) 754-9800.  Be sure to identify the group name of Rocky Mountain Association of Public Insurance Adjusters.

Step 1:  Enter your check-in and check-out dates, then click "Reserve Today" on the left side of the page. Step 2:  On the left side of the page under "Narrow Your Results," click on "Have a Special Code." Enter the group code RMAPIA. A new option on the right hand side will appear with your group name and group rate of $149.  Select the green flag next to that rate. 

Member and Nonmember Rates If you are NOT a member of RMAPIA you must register as a nonmember.  If you apply for membership to RMAPIA and are accepted as a member prior to the event then the difference between the member seminar rate and nonmember seminar rate will be credited toward your membership fee.

Education Session Information
RMAPIA is applying for six (6) Public Adjusting continuing education credits in the RMAPIA states (Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming).  If you are licensed in a state other than these please indicate this on the registration page so that we can apply for CE credits in your state in advance of the seminar.  We cannot apply for CEs after the seminar is over.

The Colorado Department of Insurance has awarded 6 hours of CEUs for this program as follows: 4.0 hours Public Adjuster, 1.0- hour Ethics and 1.0 hour Homeowner.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel for any reason prior to August 17 and receive a refund less a 10% cancellation fee. Transfers are always welcome. Cancellations after that date and no-shows will not be refunded unless there were extraordinary circumstances.
