The YRA of SF Bay is pleased to offer a US Sailing Sanctioned Offshore Safety at Sea Course at Encninal Yacht Club on Saturday, March 16, 2019. Moderated by Chuck Hawley, this course is 8 hours and includes a continental breakfast, lunch and snacks.
