Welcome to UnMastered - our four-week summer online program that will build your capacity for leading change in your school or organization.  Now more than ever, we need creative thinkers and strategic leaders, individuals and teams who are bold and daring in times of change. UnMastered is about playing a new game and leading at your fullest potential.

By registering, you are acknowledging that you can attend three two-hour synchronous sessions, with an additional 4 hours of asynchronous project work (total 10 hours per week of coursework) for four weeks: July 13-August 7. 

You are also acknowledging that UnMastered asks participants to encounter the critical discomfort necessary to lead change, and you'll do so by rapidly adapting to new teams, situations, & technologies. With an incredible cohort of UnMastered attendees, as well as Action Hero facilitators, you'll expand your capacity to lead and experience change.
