3/3/2016 UPDATE: It has come to our attention that the 2016 World Championships of Track and Field are taking place at the Oregon Convention Center during the same time as our event. The DoubleTree hotel garage will be very busy. We encourage carpooling or taking MAX.

Important Notes

Attendees Must Read:

Please read this entire section carefully.

Overlapping Classes: Please do not register for overlapping classes. Registering for overlapping classes will delay your registration. We have limited seating and want to allow as many attendees into classes as possible so we are unable to allow attendees to register for a class and remain on the wait list for a class occuring at the same time. If there is a question on your registration a RMLS™ staff member will contact you at the email you provide. A timely response helps all parties and is appreciated.

Wait Lists: If a class is full a wait list will open. This does not guarantee you a seat but as schedules change and cancellations occur this allows us to move the next person in line into the class. An email notification is sent if there is an opening.

Day of Event Wait Listed Attendees: If you are on a wait list and do not receive an email notification stating you are officially registered for the class, RMLS™ encourages you to come to the event. Often we are still able to move wait listed attendees into the class due to unexpected cancellations the day of the event. Notify RMLS™ staff at the sign-in table that you are on the wait list and if space allows you will be let into the class.

Sign In: It is critical you sign in for EACH CLASS prior to the class. Without a signature you will not receive a credit hour certificate following the event.

Registration Process: Licensed real estate brokers are given priority. If space allows the day of the event, assistants will be allowed entry to classes. RMLS™ subscribership is not a requirement to attend. Registration for most classes can be completed by clicking the "Register Now" button at the bottom of this page. Details:

The 2016 RMLS™ Education Summit and Trade Fair will take place at the DoubleTree by Hilton, which is located in the Lloyd District.
Parking is available for $3/day with an RMLS™-provided coupon. It is important to present this coupon when leaving the garage. Please go to the RMLS™ Information Desk while at the trade fair and a staff member will provide you with a parking coupon. Carpooling is encouraged, as is taking MAX light rail. A MAX stop is located next to DoubleTree. You may also park for free Lloyd Center and walk to the hotel. For a map of the Lloyd District neighborhood click here.
Food and beverages will be available throughout the day either in the exhibit hall or the hallway between the classrooms and the exhibit hall.
