Exhibitor registration is open for the RMLS^™ Education Summit and Trade Fair taking place on March 13, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

 Who attends: This event is not open to the general public. Typically, 800 - 1,500 RMLS^™ subscribers, as well as non-subscribing real estate professionals, attend from all over Oregon and SW Washington.

How is the event marketed: We announce our event in many ways including our subscriber-facing website (RMLSweb.com), the RMLS^™ Weekly Report sent to offices, RMLS^™ blog (RMLSblog.com), Twitter (@RMLSweb), Facebook (Regional Multiple Listing Service), multiple direct emails, office visits by staff, and word of mouth.

Booth rates:  The early bird deadline is January 31, 2014. Prices increase on February 1. A single 10' x 10' booth includes: one 8’ high backdrop, two 3’ high side dividers, one 6’ skirted table, two folding chairs, a wastepaper basket, a small identification sign, and standard electrical service (5 amp service, 600 watts/120 volts). Internet is now included thanks to REALTOR^® Property Resource LLC Sponsorship.

Annual sponsorship packages

Internet ($1200 - SOLD OUT - Sponsor the Internet for the hall and have your logo featured on a sign by itself all day. This sponsorship does not include a booth. To include a booth the price is $1550.)

Snack ($200, no limit – Sponsor the snacks and beverages and your logo will appear on signage near the snack area.)

Map ($200 - SOLD OUT  – Designed to increase booth attendance. Sponsor a spot on the map and hand out "money" with your logo which qualifies attendees for entry into door prize drawings) 

Theme: This year’s theme will be “Winning the Game of Real Estate" based on the popular board game Monopoly. Decorate your booth to match the theme and you might win a FREE booth at the 2015 Trade Fair!
