Women's History Hike at East Palisades

Join us for our Annual Women's History Month Hike. We will hike the East Palisades trail, one we haven't done is a while. 

This 3.8 mile trail, rated easy to moderate, is a part of the Chattahoochee National Recreational area.  It is located right in metro Atlanta.  It is peaceful and promises to open your mind and truly connect you with Mother Nature and God Almighty!

We practice the Leave No Trace principles... what you carry in, you carry out, with the exception of your picturesque memories of the trail and of course, any photos you may take.  I guess I had gotten how beautiful the trail is...don't miss out...join us! Because it is a local hike, this should be somewhat of a short day for us.  Beginners/First-timers are welcomed.

As always, wear sturdy shoes or hiking boots, and of course comfortable layered, clothing.  Bring a friendly smile, great attitude, open mind, water, snacks and optional lunch!

Please get a good restful night's sleep, and eat a healthy breakfast to help sustain your energy.
