A moonbow is a rainbow produced by light reflected off the surface of the moon rather than from direct sunlight
Moonbows are most easily viewed when the moon is near to full. 

Cumberland Falls is known as the "Niagara of the South," one of the few places in the world to see a true moonbow. The falls is a 125-foot wide curtain of water that is dramatic day or night. But it's only at night during a full moon that you can see the moonbow, a phenomenon not found anywhere else in the Western Hemisphere.
