Keith Troxell chairs the firm’s Business, Estate and Tax practice group. Admitted to the bars of Virginia and the District of Columbia, Keith’s primary focus is helping established business owners through the various stages of the business lifecycle. Practice areas include business acquisition, merger and expansion, equity-based incentive and ownership plans for employees, deferred compensation plans, business ownership and management succession planning, buy/sell agreements, development of business exit strategies for business owners, and representation of business owners in the sale of their business.  In addition, Keith helps small business owners and high net worth individuals with wealth planning through the use of sophisticated estate, gift, charitable and land succession planning techniques. 

Lindsay Jefferies Mohler is a divorce and family lawyer with Atwill, Troxell and Leigh, P.C.  Lindsay joined the firm in 2014 and became a partner in January of 2018.  She practices civil litigation with a primary emphasis on family law. Lindsay advises clients on a variety of family law matters including divorce, child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, property division, prenuptial agreements and post-divorce modification.  She chairs the firm’s Divorce and Family Law practice group.
