Presentation details

This Presentation is designed for anyone feeling stuck, bored, or who is just simply looking to access, engage, and ignite their creative processes. You will learn from Sara the number-one thing that holds you back from accessing and utilizing your creativity, as well as tools to bust through blocks and unlock your innate, unlimited creative potential. Participants will learn simple techniques to zap limiting beliefs and tap into sources of inspiration. We will then use eastern and western techniques to kickstart the process, and ensure you feel energized, supported, and empowered.

The event will start with a wine and cheese reception introducing local painter, Nicholas Read's collection of work. (www.nicholasreadpainter.com)
