Snowflake 2018 Teen Facilitator Application

Teen facilitators for Snowflake must be at least 16 years old and will be partnered up with an adult facilitator to facilitate small group sessions. All facilitators will be required to attend one training on 1/30 or 1/31 from 5 to 8 pm at Haven Middle School and the entire Snowflake event on 2/9. Facilitators will earn 10 community service hours.
