Snowflake 2018 Adult Facilitator Application

Adult facilitators for Snowflake must be at least 18 years old and will be responsible for 10 -12 middle school students throughout the event. Each adult facilitator will be partnered up with a teen facilitator and must attend one facilitator training on 1/30 or 1/31 from 5 to 8 pm at Haven Middle School and the entire Snowflake event on 2/9/18.
