Welcome to the LRGV-AIA's Building Communities Conference, the most casual and fun venue for continuing education of design, planning, and construction professionals. Booth placement is assigned on first paid basis.
When: September 25 - 27, 2014 Tour - September 26 Conference - September 26 & 27
Booth set-up is on Thursday, September 25th from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday, September 26th from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Full details will be sent to all paid exhibitors in mid-July.

What: Pack your shorts and flip flops, bring your family and business associates with you and enjoy a fun-filled beach weekend while you market your products and services at the most enjoyable trade show in a relaxed South Texas Coast atmosphere.
The Exhibit Hall will be closed during all continuing education seminars, allowing all exhibitors an additional opportunity for networking and increasing face time with potential customers at no additional cost. As an exhibitor, you will have free of charge access to all educational seminars and social gatherings.

Exhibitor registration includes entry into all seminars, Friday's Acme Lunch, ˇExpo Fiesta!, and Shrimp Boil. Each booth includes a table, two chairs, pipe and drape, a sign exhibiting your company name, and two complimentary booth participant passes. Take advantage of further networking opportunities by attending all seminars free of charge. Additional booth participants may register for a fee of $50 each.
Refunds will be issued if LRGV-AIA receives a written cancellation notice by August 17. An administrative fee of $50 will be retained. From August 18 until September 5, cancellations are subject to a 30 percent penalty. Registration fees become non-refundable and non-transferable after September 6. Refunds will be processed after the conference. Please email refund requests to info@lrgvaia.org.
