Note: Full refund on registration available until April 24. An administration fee of $50 will be deducted from cancelled registrations after April 24.

Registration fees include all sessions, opening reception, breakfast on Wednesday and Thursday, lunch on Wednesday and Thursday, dinner and dance on Wednesday evening.
