The Huntingdon County Visitors Bureau (HCVB) promotes the Raystown Lake Region as a superb venue for destination weddings, honeymoons, reunions, birthday gatherings, meetings, sports and any other type of gathering. Our goal for the Raystown Region Wedding and Event Expo is to help showcase your business and service to brides and event organizers! The HCVB marketing campaign involves a special section of our website at www.raystown.org/weddings, targeted advertising, and our annual Raystown Region Wedding and Event Expo!
The Raystown Region Wedding and Event Expo will be held on Sunday, March 20, 2016 at the Hutingdon Country Club. Members of the Huntingdon County Visitors Bureau, HCBI and HCCC* are invited to exhibit from 1pm-4pm for a table fee of $75 (Non-member rate: $135). Each exhibitor is also expected to contribute a door prize with a retail value of at least $100.
We are advertising this year's event with TheKnot.com, on broadcast media, The Daily News, Facebook, as well as other promotion through traditional and social media channels. We encourage you to invite your bridal, reunion, and anniversary clients to attend the event by sharing a link to www.RaystownWeddings.com.
