Adult Mental Health First Aid
Please join us for Adult Mental Health First Aid (AMHFA). AMHFA is designed for the nonclinical person to recognize and assist a community member having a mental health issue. This class will last all day. Lunch is on your own. Please bring any snacks you may need throughout the day as well as a sweater to ensure your comfort.
