Pre-Dental Course Series I - Introduction to Clinical Dentistry Techniques

The Pre-Dental Course I  is an introduction to clinical dentistry techniques.  Participants will learn how to use dental hand instrument properly by completing tooth waxing exercises with utilize manual dexterity techniques such as: finger dexterity, reaction time, and arm-hand steadiness.  Participants will also set denture teeth and create natural looking gingival tissue, called festooning.   These exercises help participants learn tooth anatomy and the arrangement of the dentition (teeth).
