Foundations of Bike Fitting with the Fit Kit

8:00am-6:00
12:00-1:00 lunch break

Pre-Course study materials provided for preparation of workshop will assure all attendees have basic knowledge of Fit Kit methods and bike body relationship prior to this clinic.

Brief Overview of basic bike sizing

Learn the foundational approach of initial bike positioning to make fitting much more efficient

Identify and learn to apply intuitive adjustments of saddle height and fore/aft position using      Fit Kit's Smart Goniometer

Focus on road bike fit with applications to all bike types

Learn how to apply motion capture/video software and techniques to verify body positioning and sell the fit.

Learn to hone observation skills to recognize body movements critical to the fitting process

Practical hands on exercises throughout the day
