Want to strengthen your skills as an advocate for affordable homes? Interested in learning about how to engage with your community to increase support for affordable housing? Join us for a workshop led by professionals from the FrameWorks Institute, an organization with over 20 years of experience in advancing the mission-driven sector’s capacity to frame public discourse.

This roundtable workshop will explore framing concepts and research around affordable housing and provide opportunities for workshop participants to begin to apply recommendations to their own communications practice.

The workshop will be engaging and participatory, moving quickly from structured presentation to interactive group activities. Participants will become conversant with framing theory and practice, recognize problematic and optimal framing strategies, get practice in deconstructing and reconstructing communications and explore the potential of Strategic Frame Analysis in building issue-oriented coalitions.
