Self-Care Planning
As professionals in a field related to Social Services, our regular work as a resource to others can be demanding and sometimes draining. Taking care of your whole self is essential to your effectiveness, enjoyment, and longevity in your work. Regularly working a Self-Care Plan can reduce the impact of stresses, strains, and challenges in your work and life. In this workshop, we will assess current self-care needs, explore self-care practices, and create a personalized maintenance and emergency plan for on-going self-care.
