Solsberry, Indiana - Mission Trip 

Cost: $300 (must pay online or pay cash directly to the Business Office - NO personal checks or credit cards will be accepted in the business office). If you are not accepted, the money will be credited to your FACTS account. Any cancellations prior to April 17th will result in the loss of your non-refundable deposit of $75.  Cancellations after April 17th will result in forfeiture of your entire trip cost of $300.

$75 is due with this online registration form by Friday, Feb. 1, 2019. Your student must also return the full application and reference form to Ministry and Service by Friday, Feb. 1, 2019. The final payment of $225 is due by April 17, 2019. You can also choose to pay the full amount of $300 at this time.

Thank you for your interest in Chaminade Julienne's Solsberry, IN summer mission trip from Monday, June 10 through Friday, June 14, 2019. This trip is sponsored by Solsberry Hill Retreat Center.  We see this week as a way we as Christians can respond to the needs of others, the need for service, & the need for justice.

This retreat is open to all students. A total of 14 students will be chosen.

To apply for the Solsberry Mission Trip:

• All tuition payments, fees & obligations must be met and up to date with the Business Office.
• Fill out the application honestly and completely.
• Give your reference form to one CJ adult (teacher, counselor, coach, moderator).
• Return the full application and reference form to Ministry and Service and complete this online registration and payment by Feb. 1, 2019.
