Chaminade Julienne Catholic High School 2019 Senior Trip 

March 11-15, 2019

Cost: $565 (must pay online or pay cash directly to the Business Office - NO personal checks or credit cards will be accepted in the business office)

Includes the cost of travel, lodging, admissions to all attractions, and most meals. $255 is due with this online registration form by November 29, 2018.  The final payment of $310 is due by January 31, 2019.

If your student plans to volunteer service hours to defer some of the cost of the trip, please pay only the 1st payment of $255 at this time. 

Failure to remit the balance by January 31, 2019 could result in the loss of your spot on this trip.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations prior to February 19, 2019 will result in the loss of your non-refundable deposit of $255. Cancellations after February 19, 2019 will result in forfeiture of your entire trip cost of $565.  

Eligibility

All Seniors are invited to go on this trip as long as you meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Students CANNOT fail more than ONE course for the 3rd Quarter interims
  • Students CANNOT have more than 4 Saturday Detentions accumulated
  • Students CANNOT have excessive unexcused absences in 2 or more classes (Based on Teacher recommendations)
  • If you have been suspended from school during your senior year or if you are on a discipline contract, you MAY not be allowed to go on the trip.
  • All Tuition Payments, Fees, & Obligations MUST be met and accounts kept up-to-date
