Chaminade Julienne Baseball Winter Camp
Grades 5-8

This winter, the 2014 Division 3 Regional Runner-up Chaminade Julienne baseball staff and players will be conducting a baseball skills camp that teaches and reinforces the fundamental skills of hitting, fielding, and throwing in a fun, but focused setting.

Instructors will use the game of baseball to teach campers about the game of life. After camp, your son should have a better understanding of baseball fundamentals, how to be a good teammate, and how to learn from experiences in life.

Camp is staffed by Mike Hoendorf '03 and the CJ baseball coaches, as well as other experienced high school and college coaches. Additional instruction will be provided by varsity baseball players. 

What to Bring:

• Water bottle
• Baseball glove
• Baseball bat
• Wear tennis shoes - cleats are not permitted
• Lunch that does not need to be refrigerated

Camp Awards:

• Outstanding Player of Camp (one from each grade)
• Eagle Award (for hard work, energy, and passion)
• Golden Arm Champion
• Roadrunner Champion
• Silver Slugger Champion
