    • The idea of a banter is for an entrepreneur to present their idea or business plan or business situation to the group.  Then have questions about how to proceed or improve something related to the business.  The group then acts as an impromptu advisory board asking more questions and offering their thoughts back to the entrepreneur/owner to help the company consider new possibilities and solutions for its needs.
    • With Design, Mold Making, Injection Molding, and Sourcing capabilities, Mike Beal’s mission at Universal Sourcing Solutions, LLC  is to “Transform Ideas Into Revenue”.  Mike works with inventors to help them take their idea from ‘Idea Stage’ to a ‘Go to Market Stage’.  Mike utilizes his business experience and his low cost / high quality product design and manufacturing company in China to help customers develop and launch new products.  His vision is to grow this business to a point where a pick/pack/ship facility would make sense in the US. 
    • Mike is looking for suggestions on the best way to grow his business:

1)      How to better market his capabilities in order to fill the ‘Idea’ funnel?

2)      Best ways to ramp existing products to increase sales volume and gain market share.
