-
Blake is working on an idea to run out of TechShop. He will be designing, building, marketing, and (hopefully) selling various items ranging from high-end clocks and small items to fine furniture.
His "b
iggest hangup" is what mix of products he should produce and market and how to break
into various market segments without diluting his brand.
He's going at this from the standpoint of a hobbyist. He doesn't think this will make enough money to have a decent standard of living but it could potentially provide a supplemental income doing something he enjoys. He has an exit strategy in mind with alternatives in place depending on how the business goes.
