Short Bio:  Hall Martin is the Director of the Texas Entrepreneur Network.  He founded the firm to provide leadership in developing the entrepreneur eco-system for early and mid-stage companies in Texas.  His expertise lies in launching startups, creating accelerator programs and funding companies.

Mr. Martin serves as the Vice-Chair of the Baylor Angel Network and as the Director of the Wilco Angel Network.  Previously he served as the Director of the Central Texas Angel Network where he established the network and grew the membership to 50+ members with $5M invested in over 20 deals.

Mr. Martin leads a program at the University of Texas in Austin, on transferring university technology into successful startup companies.  He has written numerous articles on entrepreneurship and early stage investment topics.

Mr. Martin is the Founder and Managing Director of Incubation Station, a consumer package goods accelerator based in Austin, TX.

Mr. Martin is the Founder and Director of the Texas Open Angel Network which is a 501c3 non-profit dedicated to the education of angel investors.

Prior to his current work, Mr. Martin held positions at National Instruments for over twenty-four years as a Corporate Development Director, Emerging Technologies in which he focused on research into new technologies and markets.  Mr. Martin launched from startup and grew several initiatives into multi-million dollar business units.  These business units include Europe, RF, wireless networks, big physics, sound and vibration and life science.  He holds a B.A. in computer science from Baylor University and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and is a member of Upsilon Phi Epsilon, the Computer Science Honor Society.
