Perhaps you've noticed - people seem to be constantly checking their mobile devices, while they are walking, in their cars at red lights, everywhere!  

It is more than just a coincidence - there is growing use of mobile phones and smart phones.  This has important implications for small businesses and non-profits that want to use online marketing.
