Do we have coaches and are we on a team with others? YES! This year’s challenge places you on a team with one of 11 LiveFIT Coaches. You can request to be on the same team with up to 2 other people. The team accountability makes being a part of a challenge so much more successful! Teams are strategically put together based on whether you are new to a LiveFIT and a challenge to make it as fair of a competition as possible. Teams will be announced and your team shirt will be given out at the Kickoff on March 22nd.
What am I committing to? We require challenge participants attend a minimum of three (3) weekly boot camp or studio classes. Keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more likely you will reach your goals! Each participant will be given a detailed description of challenge guidelines along with important dates at the challenge. We’ll ask that you pledge your commitment to the challenge and to hold yourself and your team accountable!
What sort of nutritional guidance will I receive? Each participant will receive an 8 week optional meal plan. This plan will give you two levels - one stricter & one with more flexibility - to give you the best guidance possible when it comes to planning your meals and eating healthy! Encouragment and support will be given with the private FB Biggest Loser page!
What if I don’t have a lot of weight to lose but want to be swimsuit ready? So, do you want to participate in this program but don’t have a lot of weight to lose? That’s okay! LiveFIT trainers will work with you to set a challenging goal.
I can’t make it to the Kickoff! That’s okay! We can set up an alternate time to meet with you.

Challenge Dates: March 22 - May 16

How to Participate: Register by clicking on the button above. Your initial fitness assessment must be completed by Monday, March 23rd to be eligible for prizes. The fitness assessment includes your privately recorded body weight and measurements, a before photo and a physical performance assessment. CHALLENGE REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE WHEN IT HAS REACHED CAPACITY OR BY MARCH 13TH.
Challenge Assessments & Kickoff: LiveFIT Studio Sunday, March 22 3:00pm MUST wear minimal clothing for the weigh in.
Challenge Final Assessments: Friday May 15 & Saturday morn, May 16
Challenge Finale Party: LiveFIT Studio Saturday, May 16 4pm-6pm

How to WIN: Individual winners are based on weight loss percentages (initial weigh-in to final weigh-in). You must lose the highest percentage of weight - not necessarily the most weight. (ie. starting weight 220 lbs and ending weight of 200 lbs would be a 9% body weight loss). The winning team rules will be announced at the Challenge Kick Off.
