By registering for this event you agree to the following terms and conditions.

REFUNDS:

No Refunds will be granted. However, name substitutions/transfers will be accepted prior to start of event.

REGISTRATION:

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, ASA X50 grants permission for ASA X50, ASA and ASA X50 Vendors to collect contact information from attendees. 

ASA X50 and ASA will not distribute or sell contact information from this registration outside of this event.

MATERIALS/PRIZES:

Conference materials/prizes may be mailed to the address provided during registration. P.O. Boxes are not accepted. Conference materials/prizes will not be mailed to international attendees. You must be registered by April 2nd to receive any pre-conference materials, if applicable.

 Consent to promote event:

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, ASA X50 and ASA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees' image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and recordings of such events and activities by ASA X50, ASA and other third parties.

It is understood that by registering, attending and/or participation of in partial or all, meetings held by and/or hosted by the Automotive Service Association, hereafter referred to as “ASA”, I am herby granting permission to ASA to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all pictures or video taken of me by ASA or their event sponsors to be used in and/or for legally promotional materials including, but not limited to, newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, fundraising. Press kits, websites, social networking sites, and other print and digital communications, without payment or any other consideration.  This authorization shall continue indefinitely unless I otherwise revoke said authorization in writing.

I understand and agree that these materials shall become the property of ASA and will not be returned.

I hereby hold harmless, and release ASA from all liability, petitions, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representative, executors, administrators or any other persons may make while acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate.
