Leading a Multigenerational Workplace

This workshop will help HR professionals understand how to develop strategies for leading and communicating within a multigenerational workplace; and how to describe and overcome stereotypes to better attract, retain and motivate the diverse generations in the workplace.

Attendees will learn how:

• To better understand how to attract, retain and motivate a diverse generational workforce
• To build better communication strategies and relationship building strategies with people of all generations.
• To understand how to effectively lead the different generations.

Presenter: Michele Rebetti, M.A., President, Crestcom KEY Alliance, has a Masters Degree from Hofstra University in Industrial Organizational Psychology. She has worked in the training and development field for almost 20 years. She has experience in creating and facilitating dynamic management and employee development training programs, as well as experience in Organization Development in many diverse industries throughout NY. Michele owns her own company specializing in Management and Leadership training for many Long Island businesses. Michele is also an Adjunct Professor at Molloy College and an Assistant Professor at Farmingdale State College in the Psychology Department. She is a professional speaker, Past President of ATD (Association for Talent Development) and a volunteer in her community.
