Generations in the Workplace
With so much focus on the Millennial Generation, it is important to understand how ALL generations contribute to the success and financial health of an organization. Therefore, this interactive presentation will discuss how to strategically and thoughtfully ENGAGE ALL generations in the workplace. All attendees will be provided with a follow up email that contains notes and tools discussed at the Dinner meeting.

- “One size doesn’t fit all” in communicating with others
- To use your awareness of generational differences to recruit and retain employees
- To apply practical knowledge of various individual behavioral styles to make better connectionsacross all employees

The presentation will discuss how to open discussions with those different from us to attract, recruit, hire and retain the best talent for your company.
