Workshop: Cyber Victoria Schools Challenge 2018

Are you up to the challenge of creating the next Victorian Cyber Generation? Get involved in the Cyber Victoria Schools Challenge which closes April 30, 2018. 

The Victorian Minister for Innovation, Small Business and Trade, the Hon Philip Dalidakis, has a Call to Action to all Victorian schools to participate in the Cyber Victoria Schools Challenge which aims to ignite student interest and awareness in cyber security careers. 

During this workshop, Renee Hoareau, Day of STEM Director of Education and Engagement, will introduce the Challenge presenting how schools can enrich their STEM curriculum by introducing Cyber security concepts and skills development in the classroom.

Learn the what, why and how of the Cyber Victoria Schools Challenge to get your school involved; how students participate; what students learn. Learn about how to access free teacher online professional learning to gain a certificate in the Fundamentals of Cyber. Learn how to win student and teacher awards prizes.
