Should you always incorporate in Delaware?   These are just some of the questions many business owners and entrepreneurs confront when venturing out on their own. In this workshop we will tackle these questions along with others and some myths and misconceptions regarding setting up your business and what you should do to protect yourself.

Mr. Garcia operates a thriving law practice in multiple states assisting clients with their corporate, real estate, estate planning, and property insurance claim needs. Additionally, Mr. Garcia has an accounting practice assisting small businesses with tax and accounting needs.  Along with his work with SCORE, Mr. Garcia has provided assistance with the local Small Claims Clinic that provides help to individuals filing small claims cases.  Mr. Garcia has spoken on a variety of topics such as:  How to start a business, Communication within your organization, Maximizing your tax refund while minimizing your costs, Importance of Capital Accounts, What’s in Business Name Anyway?, Tax planning, Stock Purchase Agreements vs. Asset Purchase Agreements, and Reducing member apathy.
