Meghann is an experienced Technical Solutions Sales Specialist who excels at simplifying complex, innovative treasury solutions designed to optimize working capital, improve automation, and mitigate fraud. She partners with customers and treasury teams throughout BMO’s footprint both in the United States and Canada. Driven by providing a great customer experience, she believes understanding each client’s unique cash management need is key to a successful banking relationship. Meghann has been in banking since 2004, with 14 years dedicated to treasury management. She earned her undergraduate degree from UW Eau Claire in 2002.

Biography
Nicole Welch joined BMO in August 2018, as Vice President – Treasury & Payments Consultant, with 25 years+ of Treasury Management relationship management experience. Nicole has held positions at a Midwest Regional Bank and lead the cash management team at a locally own community bank prior to her time at BMO. Throughout her career, Nicole’s been focused on helping businesses and government entities achieve their strategic goals through cashflow and liquidity management.
Nicole holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Lakeland Collage. She is actively involved in the Bay Port Booster Club and Giving Tree Food Pantry. Nicole resides in Suamico, with her husband Mark and two children, Ethan and Hanna. The family recently welcomed a puppy, Gris, who brings a lot of fun and excitement to the household.
