Biography
Steve Jones is a professional leadership coach, keynote speaker, consultant, and best-selling author who teaches leaders to empower themselves and others, and compassionately create cultures of strength, unity, and resiliency. Steve’s positive impact developed as a teacher and head football coach at Kimberly High School in Wisconsin, where throughout 11 seasons he led his teams to a record of 129-9 (including a state record of 70 consecutive wins), five state championships, and nine conference championships. Steve’s winning formula is now captivating Fortune 500 companies, professional sports organizations, and competitive leaders looking to inspire connected, successful teams. 

Steve is the Co-founder of Jadin-Jones Coaching and Consulting, focusing on leadership, culture, and mindset.  He has been commissioned by numerous leading organizations including the Green Bay Packers, Verizon, Xerox, Kimberly-Clark, Bergstrom Automotive, and Stryker Medical.  Steve is the co-author of best-selling book The Twin Thieves and is currently the culture coach at Mutual of Omaha Mortgage.

Eric has more than 15 years of public accounting experience, primarily in the manufacturing and distribution industry. He has a strong background in financial reporting and compliance. Additionally, Eric works with manufacturing companies on developing or improving management financial reporting and benchmarking, with an emphasis on capacity/value add revenue analysis. Eric's passion is to help business owners and leaders improve their knowledge of costing and financial reporting to drive strategic decision making and grow enterprise value.

Education
Eric earned his Bachelor of business administration in accounting and operations management from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Wisconsin.

Chris has served individual clients for more than 25 years, working closely with them to identify their unique personal objectives. His extensive investment experience, combined with a natural curiosity about people and business, allows him to develop close relationships with his clients while serving as a thought leader for the firm.

Education
Chris graduated Magna Cum Laude from Saint Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin. He has also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from CFA Institute, Charlottesville, VA.
