Biography
Chris is the Global Specialty Product Leader of Aon’s Intellectual Property Solutions (“IPS”) team. In this role, Chris is responsible for collaboration with Aon’s insurer partners, external business development efforts, global coordination, and overall strategy and best practices for the IPS team. Previously, Chris served as the Chief Operating Officer of Aon’s Financial Services Group (“FSG”), serving some of Aon’s largest FSG clients, as well as operational strategy, collaboration, and best practices across FSG’s specialties and adjacent financial lines, including management liability, professional liability, and transactional liability.

Chris first began working in the insurance industry in 2007. He has been with Aon since that time, and has held roles of increasing responsibility during his tenure with the company.

Prior to Aon, Chris was with Lincoln International, a Chicago-based mergers & acquisition investment bank. In this role, Chris specialized in mid-market M&A transaction advisory work, including sell-side, buy-side and financial engineering transactions. Additionally, he worked at Wachovia Securities Energy & Power investment banking group, with a focus on capital markets transactions.  

Chris earned a business degree from the University of Evansville, (2001), and an MBA from Harvard Business School (2006).



Anastasia Vorobiova
Senior Broker | Intellectual Property Solutions | Aon 

Ana is a Broker on the IP Solutions team, focusing on risk management capabilities of the business to help identify opportunities for clients. Ana provides continuous support and service to clients from various industries and sizes. Ana demonstrates her ability through frequent client and underwriter communications, presentations, technical writing, as well as extensive knowledge in data analytics and tools. Ana helps clients protect and maximize their valuable intellectual property assets through the implementation of solutions that include Intellectual Property Liability insurance, IP-backed lending, and Vendor Risk Management.

Prior to joining Aon in 2019 Ana attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where she majored in Financial Planning with a minor in Informatics (IT).

Ana’s areas of expertise include commercial insurance and risk management. As well as communication, data analytics, problem solving, and management skills.
