Summary & Learning Objectives
Join Steve Baue, CEO & Owner of ERC: Counselors & Consultants, as he talks about mental health and its impact on the workplace. The session will cover the numbers behind mental health, how to reduce the stigma of mental health conditions, build true mental health literacy, and teach the skills necessary to safely and responsibly address employees’ mental health concerns in the workplace. By demystifying mental health, we can create stronger organizational cultures and more engaged employees who contribute to better businesses and happier communities. Learning objectives are as follows:
- Discuss mental health and its impact on people and workplaces through relevant stats and myth-busting info.
- Employ tangible and practical steps to responsibly support and show care and compassion for employees struggling with mental health.
