Biography

Ben LaFrombois focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial finance, commercial real estate development, and business succession planning. Ben has led the development of private and public strategic initiatives, such as convention center development and regional distribution centers. Ben has significant experience in the food and agricultural industries at the retail, distribution and production levels including food marketing and labeling, logistics (warehousing and transportation), inventory management and financing with an emphasis on the dairy industry. He also has significant experience with corporate governance, deal structures and the financing of businesses.

Biography
Jonathan Eiden is a shareholder in the Labor and Employment Section. His practice focuses on compliance with state and federal laws and regulations, including discrimination, workplace standards, medical leave requirements, wage and hour regulations, and labor relations. His clients include public and private employers of all sizes in a variety of industries. In 2017, Jon was recognized by the Wisconsin Law Journal as one of their "Up and Coming Lawyers.”

Biography
John Sikora is a Shareholder representing clients in tax planning, tax controversies and the buying and selling of businesses and real estate with a particular focus on corporate, partnership and other business matters. John is an adjunct professor of law at Marquette University Law School, where he has taught the tax practice and procedure and corporate income tax courses. He has also taught the taxation of partnerships and S corporations course to graduate accounting degree candidates at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.  John has served as the chair of the Taxation Section of the Milwaukee Bar Association, was the chair of the Board of Directors of the State Bar of Wisconsin Taxation Section, and the editor of the Wisconsin State Bar Tax News.
