In this session, Annie will provide practical guidance on addressing some of the difficult issues employers must navigate due to COVID-19. Topics include testing requirements, vaccine mandates and incentives, remote work expectations and pitfalls, and tax consequences. Learning objectives include: (1) legal parameters of vaccines in the workplace; (2) COVID-19 testing and screening in the workplace; (3) legal watch-outs related to transitioning or continuing employees’ (particularly non-exempt) remote work arrangements.
