Culture Driven Results
Summary
You’ve heard the saying: “culture eats strategy for lunch”. Jen will tell you “culture eats strategy for breakfast, lunch & dinner, and probably that late night snack too!” Today’s companies are facing a myriad of challenges. Everything from the economic fallout of COVID-19, to deep social challenges, to political uncertainty, to increased global competition all within our fast-moving, technology driven world. Any one of these issues alone is enough to cause concern, but together it creates a challenge that most companies have yet to experience. What’s the single most important factor in your company’s ability to drive results? Culture.
Your company’s ability to drive an inspiring culture is the single most important factor in the advancement of most company’s growth and profitability. Unfortunately, it’s also the most over looked area & place companies don’t tend to “invest” in. To many people, speaking about culture feels “soft” and not worthy of strategic focus, let alone dollars. In this session, Jen will share the state of the American workforce today and how you can enhance performance of your company, starting with your finance team, by investing in an inspiring culture.
Jen will explore topics such as:
- Defining your culture & purpose
- Investing in the workforce of the future
- Inspiring growth from within
