Summary & Learning Objectives
The session will provide a data-driven macroeconomic and real estate market analysis of the U.S. along with some local data points. The learning outcomes include a better understanding of current economic metrics and how they apply to local market decisions.

Biography
Dr. Eppli has 29 years of academic and administrative leadership experience, including a three-year term as Interim Keyes Dean of Business Administration at Marquette University. He is widely published in commercial real estate including two books published by the Urban Land Institute.

Dr. Eppli serves on the board of a number of organizations including the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago and is board member and past President of the Real Estate Research Institute.

He received recognition from the Greater Washington Urban League, the Urban Land Institute, and LISC Milwaukee for his efforts in attracting minorities to the real estate industry.

Dr. Eppli earned his PhD, MS, and BBA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
